The Guild adopted this project in 2016 and provided financial assistance allocated of the Guild since 2016, to the rehabilitation of children with hearing impairments in Moldova.
In the last five years, 237 children benefited from the program together with their parents who participated in all the activities and received direct training from the specialists on how to continue the therapy at home. A total of 139 specialists have been trained to help and work with children with hearing impairments to ensure children will have access to rehabilitation sessions by local therapists. It should be noted that all beneficiaries come from families in vulnerable situations with financial difficulties.
